Saigon Cider is a celebration of Vietnam - a country buzzing with energy and bursting with flavours. Inspired by the vibrant streets of Saigon, where motorbikes weave through markets filled with tropical fruits and spices, where winding alleys are adorned with hand-painted signs, every bottle captures the essence of this incredible place.

Where every sip

A crisp, refreshing cider made with 100% juice, honouring its Somerset roots while embracing the bold, vibrant spirit of Vietnam. Saigon Cider and Hannah are much the same, from elsewhere but forever changed by Vietnam. Saigon Cider isn’t just a drink - it’s a love letter to Saigon and its people, shared with the world.

The idea was sparked by Hannah Tưởng-Jefferys, an architect from Somerset, the UK’s cider heartland. Captivated by Saigon’s dynamism and Vietnam’s rich flavours, she set out to create something unique: an organic cider that blends Vietnam’s natural bounty with the timeless craft of cider-making.

Our ciders are certified organic under both EU and JAS (Japan) systems - two of the strictest, most stringent organic standards in the world.

Organic starts on the farm. All of our fruits and spices are organically farmed (no harmful chemicals), our yeast is organic too!

Our entire process is organic - no harmful chemicals are added. Even our cleaning to our pest control adheres to organic standards.

We keep it real and green: our bottles get reused again and again through the local return systems.

We omit plastics at every opportunity. Give our labels a tear, they are paper!

Our organic fruits and spices are grown and nurtured by over 550 H’Mong, Tay, and Nung farming households. By sourcing directly, Saigon Cider supports fair livelihoods and community welfare.
